Yes, we offer COD on select orders. However, COD orders are not eligible for refunds, only replacements in case of damage or defects.

Orders are usually processed within 48 Hrs and delivered within 4-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s status.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@simpleobjectz.com within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select orders.
